St. James provides Christmas gifts for children of prisoners, for youth at the detention home and for children of needy families. These activities have various sponsors.

St. James has a wide variety of activities and ministries to mark the Christmas holiday season. Of course, there is the array of celebrative activities: 'Greening of the Church', 'Children's Pageant', 'Choir Musical', and Sunday School Class Parties. But more than this, the season is marked by giving and caring. We provide Christmas for needy families in Webster Springs, WVA. and in the local Rocksprings neighborhood and for youth at the local Youth Detention Center.
