St. James Church Retreat 2010 March 19 - 21, 2010

We’re very excited about our annual church retreat—“Get in the Game!”—coming up this weekend, and we hope you have made plans to be there. Here are some last minute things for you to know to help you prepare for the weekend:

• Although we will be hearing testimonies of the things God has done in others’ lives, He wants to do something in YOUR life as well. Pray for the speakers but also for the amazing things God has in store for you.
• Pray for our Saturday evening speaker, Mr. Scott Shepherd. Scott is the Director of Athletes in Action, which is part of Team United at the University of Georgia, and he will encourage you in your walk with Christ.
• On Sunday morning, there will be one service only at 10:00 a.m. Everyone is welcome to attend this service, whether you have been a part of the retreat activities on Friday and Saturday or not.
