A team of 8 people from St. James traveled to Russia this year to work at Camp Elema, north of St. Petersburg. Camp Elama provides free facilities to orphans and children at risk, as well as other Christian groups in Russia who would not otherwise be able to afford such an experience. Working through our long standing partnerships with Mir and Mike Cantrell, the team constructed a large pavilion, and began construction on a second, at the camp. These pavilions will provide facilities for meetings, meal preparation and other recreational activities. Our prayer continues to be that many will be blessed and come to know the love Jesus through their use of this camp and these facilities. If you are interested in supporting or learning more about this work, contact Allen Amason.
