The Special Needs Ministry Team cares for shut-ins and persons who, for whatever reason, cannot attend worship on a regular basis or who temporarily are unable to attend. Holy Communion in the homes, audio tapes of Sunday morning worship and small home repairs or maintenance are provided upon request. Visits, reassurance calls, Holy Communion monthly at Lanier Gardens/Talmage Terrace, worship monthly AR Iris Place Retirement Complex, and distribution of alter flowers are ongoing activities of the committee. Some medical equipment, such as hospital beds, walkers, gel cushions and bedside commodes, is also available by contacting the committee.
