According to the St. Petersburg (LED) airport web site, the team's flight touched down at 5:22 p.m. local time (9:22 a.m. EDT), a full 30 minutes ahead of schedule. This is good news (and not just because they arrived safely!) but because they now have to go through customs and then make the two hour drive to the camp, which is north of the city. So, earlier is better.
Thanks for continuing to pray. The construction work begins in earnest tomorrow, but right now the weather there looks iffy -- rain in the forecast. But, as we know, God is in control.
